Standing desk only goes halfway up

‘This standing desk really helps with my productivity but my lower back hurts a little.’

Must read

ADELAIDE – After reading about the benefits of standing desks Network Manager and lower back pain sufferer Patrick Freeman finally decided to give it a go. The standing desk, which promotes health by allowing more blood flow while standing and reduces the risk of shoulder and back pain, appears to have a jammed mechanism which makes it only go halfway up.

‘My productivity has never been higher’, said a wincing Mr. Freeman, ‘What took a few hours to do I now do in a fraction of the time. In fact I rush through all my work. All thanks to the desk’.

Even though experts have unanimously agreed that having standing desks in the workplace makes the environment healthier and leads to an increase in serotonin levels the network manager has been seen not enjoying the experience. However uncomfortable he is a stoic Mr. Freeman said he’ll continue using it.
