Office walls covered in post-it notes must be work of mad genius

Adelaide – After an informal brainstorming session where the team tried to solve the needs of its customers it quickly became apparent that these ideas needed to be documented. Not content with Google Docs or a whiteboard, Team Lead Sarah Jeffries moved the ideas to coloured post-it notes.

After a 45-minute workshop the notes were on display on the office’s glass panels, with the group being content that they’d come up with a solution. A photo was taken of the outcome and in the following days Ms. Jeffries would review them to see if there were new ideas formulating. It was observed that the post-its were still there weeks later, with all the ideas largely forgotten.
