Issue that could have been resolved with 5 minute call stretches to 24 email replies

Adelaide – Desperately trying to get hold of her Junior Marketing Assistant Tash Jensen, local Digital Manager Rebecca Miller is forced to use email, as Ms Jensen has a reluctance to speak on the phone.

The issue, which is about whether Ms. Jensen has locked in dates for the ad campaign to go live, has now stretched to 24 replies.

This conversation started last Thursday and some highlights we can reveal are:
“Heya Tash, just checking to see when those dates for the campaign has been locked in and for when”,with the reply being “Yes they have”, followed by “Great, what date do they start running and can you confirm the AdOps team have received all the assets?”, with another vague reply being “Sure thing”.

Frustration hit a new high when Mrs. Miller tried phoning Ms. Jensen only to have her call rejected a number of times, so back to the email chain the conversation went.

Breaking news
